Well are the doctors that prescribed the opioids that led to the addiction going to jail?
Most of the heroin epidemic is a direct result in the cut-off of opioid painkillers.

I cracked up in that movie "The Night Before" When Seth says "I haven't seen cocaine in thirteen years" and his wife says "no one has". So true. early 2000's it was all over and it was taken over by Molly and painkillers.
