Drusilla Shopping Center: Fit 365 (Calling Hulkklogan)

Anyone know the story behind this place? Saw a Business Report article from 2015 that said it planned to open early 2016 but I don't see anything in there yet...just the signage on the Drusilla entrance sign. Did it fall through? Taking longer than expected?
On another note there is a new bar in there called Suh Suh's. Found it driving around there yesterday looking for Fit365. Not sure how often I'll frequent bc it seemed to be smoke friendly and not very well ventilated but hey it's within walking distance from my house so who knows.

I heard there were issues with the naming and licensing. They are Fit365, a Spectrum gym.. the owners of Spectrum are friends or family of the Fit365 people and were going to let them use the Spectrum name, but backed out of that. So the owner had to get all of that straight before proceeding.
I live really close by and go to Leblanc's all the time so I stop occasionally to see if there's any progress inside (because I want to have a gym that close to me) and lately there has been so I assume the holdup has been taken care of.

Same here. Live in Westminster/Pine Park. Where exactly is the gym supposed to be?

They put a new sign/banner up and signs on the actual building. Advertising a website and everything....go to the website....it doesn't exist.
