Dropped off Randall for his first day at Baskin-Robins 2 hours ago

His first shift is today, 4-8pm
He decided on Baskin Robbins, and he feels even better about it since Dennis's never called him back.
The only callbacks he got since my last post were from Taco Guru and Lester's. But he is good with Baskin Robbins.
Was a bit nervous but it's just a 4 hour training shift today I am guessing.
I can't wait to hear how his first day was and will report back with the details.

Often work training programs are geared around how suicide is an awful situation with no benefits for anyone, as I read your post I am questioning that notion
