re: Driving pet peeves

The no blinkers thing is my number 1 peeve from other drivers.
My number 1 peeve while driving is bicycle riders riding the wrong way (against traffic) on the street.

The Manatee: When drivers realize they need to be a lane or two over, they slowly begin to float across the lanes at an extremely slow pace with no blinker or regard to other driver's position or speed.

In short, Louisiana drivers.

Traffic lights that are set up without sensors, so you have to stop even if there is no traffic on the crossing street.

my favorite is the person texting at a red light. it's not the texting at the red light or even the delay often caused by same as much as it is the person who sees the light turn green--you see him or her look up and see the light--and then decides to finish the text--delaying driving and then slowly letting off the brake as he or she puts the phone down and eventually goes.

i see it every time i drive. it's almost worse that just sitting there oblivious or texting while moving. it's like Kanye West saying "Ima letchoo finish."

Smokers with the windows up and kids in the back breathing the crap.

The "blue glow" of the texter as they ride side by side with the driver next to them for miles not allowing people to pass.

I agree.

I will add that my #1 pet peeve is when someone stops to let someone turn left or turn into traffic or something like that when they don't have a stop sign or any other reason to stop other than to just be nice.
