Would a surfactant mixed with the bleach help? From my experience, the best thing people can do right now is bleach the mold. It will kill it. as the moldicide becomes readily available, apply that as well.

I got some mold control stuff from Lowe's today. Now I'm not in a flooding area, but I was putting together supplies to donate. Easy to find in the paint section. Probably difficult with the high demand in the area though.

It's expensive though. 30 bucks for a gallon. Not sure how it mixes either, so it may not have been much.
