I don't think so but u never know. I saw a video of Obama walk into a restaurant before, order what he wanted after chit chatting. He then asked all his security and aides of they wanted something while ordering. A few of them got something, then he stepped aside and one of the aides paid for it.

Not a fan of Obama's policies but I've read that he appreciates good beer and I can dig that.
I've also read that he's been known to go into a taproom, order one beer and leave $20 without asking for change.
So that's a decent tip unless it's a ludicrously expensive beer
