Yes, I know who owns it. Went to a fundraiser there years ago. I doubt they will find a buyer for that house, especially at that price.

Is this the one with the God awful statues all around the pool area? If it is, throw in another $50k to get all those things carted off after you buy the place. Looks like arse as it stands.
