I've got it for my dad for the last couple of years. I paid for 1st class mail, that way he should always get it before game day It's been working great until this season , he's been getting it the folliowing Monday . I've called and talked to them, they are hard to get in touch with btw. He's 81 so following the Tigers online isn't an option .....just wondering if anyone else is having problems with thier subscription

It's probably a USPS problem, you may get some help from his local postmaster

My dad used to be a subscriber and quit years ago because of delivery issues.

Refined people have older fathers, mate.

My dad is nearly 80 and I'm 35. I'm not going to have a kid until I'm at least 45

I was made by a 36 year-old man. I'm glad he was older, young dads aren't as good at being fathers. Plus older dads usually have more resources.

I had a buddy growing up, Dad was a WW2 vet, born in 1924. My friend was born in 1983.
Dude was popping out kids in late 50's. So it's hard to judge a guy's age based on his dad's age.
what a rambling useless post

So glad my dad isn't too old to do anything with. I'd play him in basketball, go hiking with him up until recently. Can't do that with an 80 yr old.

Basketball with an 80 year-old?

Nope.

Hiking?

Yep.

The wrong 40 year-old dad is not hiking or playing basketball with their kid even though physically they should be able to. The maturity level of a person who has children earlier in life can be different than that of fathers who wait until later in life.

My uncle is 88 and he still walks/hikes at least 15 miles per week in North Carolina. Some 40 year-olds can't do that now.

There are pros and cons to both situations but personally I favor holding off and having kids later in life.

For the sake of the human race, please just don't have children.
