I got it for the bluetooth speaker and to order groceries on Amazon Pantry with mainly but i'm sure i'll find other uses for it later. Hasn't came in yet so i can't give any reviews.

I saw this the other day and thought it looked interesting. I'll wait for some reviews to come out before I commit to buy.

Gave one to my brother who had just had a baby.

His wife loves that she can control music for the baby with her voice and set shopping lists.

I have one. Speaker is not bad. I have Amazon Prime music so that helps (along with Pandora). I use the shopping list feature. My biggest gripe is even though it is blue-toothed to my phone, I cannot call from it.

I've had one for a few months.. Sound quality is decent.. She's not as smart as Siri or as witty. Some of the companion pieces seem cool but I haven't gotten that far

Yes I have one. Use it for adding things to grocery list, speaker for music, turning off lights, sometimes use for traffic update on my route to work, and I use it for timers a lot too while cooking

Yup. I've had the Echo for a while now, but I was really waiting for this feature to be released, now I am ready to put some more bulbs around the house to control.

Hopefully soon it can control the wifi thermostat so instead of being too lazy to get off the couch, I will be allowed to be too lazy to even move a finger to reduce the temp in the house.

Other notes: it works great as a speaker, to get weather, news, etc. updates, as a timer, find out who is right while the wife and I are discussing pointless shite, add stuff to the shopping list.

I have one. Probably have had it for five or six weeks. We use it primarily to listen to music and check the weather temperature.

It can do so much more. Unfortunately, we can't or forget too.

Have it. Love it.

I don't use it for all that it offers. But just as a music streaming device, it kicks arse. Gets LOUD.
