I love Chattanooga and really never want to live in Louisiana again, but there is definitely a part of me that wishes I grew up more around my family and got to spend a lot more time wiht them.

You haven't been to many major metropolitan cities then. You should see the trash along Los Angeles freeways or in S.F or NY or New Jersey, etc. I find the roads I've been on in LA to be fairly clean in comparison.
