Does anybody else tip ugly waitresses more $ than hot ones?

I feel bad for them I guess, so I give them a consolation prize. The hot ones probably have all kinds of baws leaving big tips.
18% for a hot waitress and anywhere for 20 to 25% for an ugly one (if the service is good).

I generally just tip 20% across the board regardless of looks or gender unless the service is spectacular or shitty then I adjust accordingly. 20% is easy to figure out in my head on the fly.

I tip based on service and personality. If you are hot and I think you are being fake you are getting 15%. Hooters chicks are the worst when it comes to being fake. I can tell if you are generally just cool or not.

$20 tip minimum unless service is truly subpar regardless of what the person looks like. Tea glass gets empty NO TIP.

These days I don't even tip based on service. Just a blanket 15-20% regardless of everything else. Encouraging those bad servers 
One thing I read here and that I need to start considering is tipping based on pre-tax, usually just look at the total amount and do a quick mental calculation.

yep usually 20-30% depending. usually closer to 30, sometimes 50-100% if i frequent the place a lot and get the same server or know the person
