Do you take naps?

If so, how often and how long?
I haven't taken a nap since I went to first shift 7 months ago. My wife and her whole family act like they need one every day. When I used to take one, I would be up all night. I used to take one when I worked 3rd after having days off just so I could stay up all night. Other than that, I haven't taken naps since I was a child probably.

No. I'm not a child...if coffee or prescription stimulants aren't enough do coke like an adult.

Not on purpose, but I will doze off in front of the TV.
Anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.

The only time I nap is when we go on vacation and I start drinking when I roll out of bed. I'm 53 so I'm not as tough as I once was.

Depends...one the weekend, it's almost a given. My 6 month old will fall asleep on me in the recliner, so I take a nap with him.
During the week, I'll fall asleep at night when I'm rocking him to sleep...sort of a nap before going to bed, but hell, makes it easier to get up and go to bed.

Sundays I usually do
And there's not much better than a nap and a shower after a long day of fishing

I'm pretty sure naps are really good for you. I just don't really have time to do that.

I have 0 problem falling asleep at night. Can't for the life of me take a nap though, I just stay in the limbo conscious but kinda sleeping stage unless I pull an all nighter studying.
Sucks because it is especially bad when im hungover.

After my last night of graveyard. Sleep about 3 hrs not to waste the day.

Can't remember the last time I took a nap. It's hard with a 7yo running around. I always felt like crap after waking up from a nap anyway.

I generally only do it on weekends, but I could take a short nap after lunch every single day, if my schedule allowed.
it would be no problem for me to do the same after work, but that would make me not sleep so well at night.

No, can't do it unless it's 3 hours minimum, so i havent in years.
Can't imagine a time to take one as an adult anyway. There's always something more productive to accomplish

Owlvis is a staunch supporter of the siesta.
It has been? a tradition of his la familia for decades.

Most days I take about 20-30 minutes of my lunch hour in the form of a nap. NFG.

I love a good nap. Sometimes too much, and it can frick up my sleep schedule.

I do on occasion but never more than 15-20 minutes. It is refreshing. But any longer and I end up all night.
