Funeral procession = dying tradition.

I see what you did here.

Eventually most all of us will have to stop at the end of one.

Nah. I usually plow right into the second car and see if I can't run the score up some.

Only if they're not on the interstate.

Yes. Proper etiquette is to honor the dead and the families Show some respect

No way of knowing for but when I'm dead I suspect that I won't give a shite. I pull over only as a courtesy towards the family and friends in the procession and no honor is intended.

Yes.

And I hate it when people don't.

Giving a little respect doesn't hurt you.

I also remove my hat and turn down my music.

Yes. Not a hard thing to do as a show of respect. Unfortunately, many people don't really respect anyone or anything other than their own self interest. Damn shame.

I don't like to pull over for them, which is terrible to say. I do when others do.

Only ones lead by the Popo, otherwise I'm going as fast as traffic allows. Now, when I'm at an intersecting light and they are passing, sure.

Out of respect, something you clearly know nothing about.

Why wouldn't you? I take my cap off and give full attention for the Start Spangled Banner and I do it for the deceased.

Some jokes in here, we honestly had people weaving through us when we were involved in one a couple months ago. Assholes.

I've seen it happens. Ridiculous that people do that.

Not surprisingly, that's the norm up North.

Since the procession is usually from the funeral home to the cemetery and more and more funeral homes have their own cemeteries, yes they are dying out. Also more cremations with no trip the the cemetery

But if feasible I pull over, I know what it's like to lose loved ones, all the consideration shown is appreciated. I don't understand the self-involved cretins who think they rule the planet.
