Yes. Three days a week. When we move it will be five days a week. I love the hotel room-like service and coming back in the evening to a perfect room, and it hit me one day that we could have this at our house.

Didn't before, but will hire someone soon. Will likely get someone in here once a month since we stay on top of the regular stuff.

Moving opened my eyes to how not-actually-clean our old house was even though it seemed like we stayed on top of it. Two pets that shed do a lot more damage to hard-to-see areas than you'd think.

We got a crew in here twice before moving in - found via word of mouth - and they were a steal. $180 for 4000 sqft for a deep clean (granted, no furniture). Will likely go with them going forward.

Weekly.

It’s money well spent. It’s keeps the wife from having to do actual work which is best.

Yes.

My wife is VERY expensive.

So is mine and her cleaning skills have fallen off in the past year or two. Not sure how to broach the subject and survive.

Thief?

Sounds like your company was no longer providing sufficient value to justify either your price to the customer or your wage to the employee. Free markets are a beautiful thing.

We pay someone to come monthly.

We keep a clean home, but once a month it is nice just to have it all done in one day not by us.

2x week. $110 each visit. House is generally spotless and neither my wife or I do much laundry. 3 kids (toddlers) and a dog.

It’s a good thing you’re keeping your home clean! However, that doesn’t mean that you have to do it all by yourself everytime or find a way to do it quickly. It is time consuming to clean your home when you have a lot of other things to do. If you can afford a cleaning service, then you should consider it. There are many cleaning service companies that offer different types of cleaning services. Some of them specialize in specific areas, like heavy duty cleaning, professional carpet cleaning and cleaning the items that you’d hard pressed to reach. My advice is to choose a cleaning service ( LINK ) that can help you not only clean your home in the most efficient way but will also give you the fair price in the market today.

Yes, twice a month. $120 (I think) a month. Told my wife that's fine as long as she pays for it. Not sure why we have them because my wife cleans it seems like every day anyway.

Same but we have it done weekly.

I think she does: all floors (swept and mopped) and carpets (vacuumed), dusts EVERYTHING, bathrooms FULLY cleaned, kitchen cleaned, takes out the trash, changes all sheets. Doesn't do dishes, laundry or windows.

Wife's a doctor, makes twice what I make, so it's worth it.
