I pay 150 dollars for a team to come every other week. They do the heavy duty cleaning. I handle the daily chores.

Bi-weekly. She spends around 7 hours each time and has been cleaning for my wife for years, we haven't been married very long. She is amazing. She Turns the house upside down to clean. Very grateful for her.

Not falling for this IRS troll bot. I would never tell you that I don't know the immigration status of the people who clean my house, nor whether I pay them only in cash.

Late reply in the thread but your statement is simply not true. There’s definitely a point where someone cleaning your house is worth it, and not being lazy. You just may not be able to fathom it, but alas, I though this was the OT.

Using a hypothetical, imagine your time was worth 10,000.00 per hour. Would it not be worth peeling off 200.00 per week to save three hours equaling 30k? That 28k in opportunity cost could go towards charity or doing something else that is good.

Remote GM of a maid service based in another state. What ya want to know?

I can give you the details for both Louisiana and most other states.

And shame on anyone who pays less than $100.00 weekly or bi-weekly and less than 170 monthly.

This is a trade, and the workers should be paid exceptionally well.

We used to have someone come in 3 days a week when we had kids in the house. Now we have a cleaning lady come every 2 weeks and pay her $200. If she brings a friend, she takes about 2 hours. By herself she is there 3-4 hours. We have a 2 story, 3600 sq foot home and a dog. She waxes floors, cleans windows, etc...

This is what 4 hours for a pro should cost.

Shame on you for hiring a thief. My company just had this happen. A cleaner poached 9 clients. It cost us 2400 a month in revenue.

This is an insane way to look at this situation.

You lost out to another company. You start cleaning and show you can do a better job.
