it depends whether i'm trying to last longer. i can go in 1 min if need be. i can usually hold off for 15-20min if i try.

Yeah I'm not arguing how long your sexual session should last, I'm just addressing the idea that lasting 45 minutes on average is some kind of badge of honor.

First of all, only 1 in 4 women can achieve an orgasm during intercourse only, so for 75% of them it is more about you getting off than it is them.

Second, lasting that long on average is more likely an indictment on the quality, be it from the man or the woman, unless you're with the same woman for a long period of time, in which case the regularity of the situation can decrease the "excitement."

I think it is safe to assume that most people enjoy the orgasm more than anything, so both partners should be working towards that goal. If you go 45 minutes by choice, fine, but if you simply cannot go any faster than that, then there is probably something wrong with you or her.

I'm going to sound arrogant and I don't give a shite, but I've always found such studies to be flawed.

My guess is that most women can achieve orgasms via vaginal penetration but are hindered by two key aspects.

1) They lack the sexual liberation and self-confidence needed to truly free themselves of any and all inhibition during the act of sex. If a woman is constantly thinking or worrying about how she looks, what her partner is doing, etc., then she can never fully enjoy the moment. Women can be just as immersed in the act of sex as men, but they need to feel comfortable in order to achieve such a state of mind.

2) This somewhat ties into my previous point...most women have never been fricked properly. Too many women spend too much of their time or even their entire lives with guys who don't know how to properly pleasure a woman. This is the biggest issue with two virgins coming together.

Sure, I guess you can "discover" your bodies together. However, I'm willing to bet that there is a great deal of opportunity and possibility left out of the equation.

Most guys can attest that they did not learn how to frick just by reading a book, and those who are honest won't attempt to claim that they are just inherently talented in that department. Most people, myself included, learned to frick properly by receiving cues from partners who were comfortable expressing themselves or communicating before, during, and after sex. But once you receive these directions and instructions, you lock it them away in your mental vault and never relinquish such information for the rest of your life.

Some people are too set in their ways. Guys might find a position that feels good enough for them and that's all that matters. And some women are content to engage in vanilla sex from here to eternity. For many of these types, sex is an intimate experience that is a means of bonding with their significant other or fulfilling their requirements. But sadly, they don't see it as a very pleasureful experience.

I have to be completely sober, and not have popped a load in a couple days to last led than 10 minutes. If I popped the day before, it's 20-30. A couple beers, more than thirty. Drink, it probably won't happen at all. Morning sex is my favorite. I'm sober, I finish quickly, and am walking on cloud 9 the rest of the day.

You think it sounds good, but after 20 minutes, you just want to cum. And if the girl is insecure, I'm gonna hear know immediately.
