I give them the packs of ketchup. That way when you buy them food they already have the condiments.

Yes I don't mind giving money to strangers. It's the act of giving that is important to me. If they're lying or use it for rotten means, that's none of my business. I just feel called to give.

Imo, anybody who isn't too prideful to ask a stranger for money doesn't really "need" it

If he was at a casino all night then he probably lost all his money. The odds that his fiance and mother ditched him at a burger king are unlikely. More than likely, he is an addict. Its possible his story can be legit, but frick it, I would think most men would have too much pride to ask people for money so if someone is asking and appears to have no problem asking then eventually someone will give them money, it will not be me.
