What's wrong with bypassing those meals? They're useless.

This sounds horrible

Luncg (IMO) should be the largest meal of the day. Or you can eat a huge dinner and have it sit on your fat arse all night.

Only thing that matters is the shirtless pics. The ends justifies the means.

Something looks out of kilter. Is That barbell curls for the day?
Posted on 1/17/17 at 12:53 pm to theunknownknight
If you divide that by 7. Not that hard to do.

Unless this "workout plan" offers some form of daily structure that details a typical daily split, chances are an individual with a novice background in fitness will not properly distribute these reps. That's a shite ton of volume to recover from if you are just starting out.
Also, I take issue with the fact that the workout is based around prescribed volume for each individual exercise. There is no prescribed weight percentage given for the compound movements so chances are an individual can quickly frick this up in a hurry.
And to answer your question...yes, the totals are remarkably excessive, regardless of intensity. Resistance training shouldn't be treated as a aerobic/cardio-specific activity.
Finally, good luck adapting to all of that shite when you are in a caloric deficit and consuming a mere 2000 calories/day.
