I'm more grossed out by the bugs than the hair. Hair has never bothered me. You're going to encounter hair if you stay in enough hotels.

I assumed it was a bed bug. Looking online at the pics it may not have been. But it was certainly the exact same insect in both rooms. One on 2nd floor and other on 6th floor.

You're going to encounter LOTS of things if you stay in enough hotels.

God damn you. I'm in a hotel bed and now can't stop itching.

Also: the hotel indigo Garden District is a fine hotel with lovely rooms.

Fair enough, but after it bit you, did it run away fearful, or did it walk away smug, self-assured?

I agree about the hair. I even told the manager I would have brushed off a hair in most cases as it could easily come from the maid's head. But the bugs were too much.

Maids clearly aren't washing the sheets and cleaning the rooms well.

Any "bug" in the "bed" at a hotel is a "bed bug"

That's f'd up. I imagine I freaked if that happened to me. I'd definitely be raising hell as I am a very loyal customer to Hilton and IHG hotels.

Ball hair? Head hair? Pubic hair?

I really feel bad for you now for walking into that scenario trying to comprehend the horrors of what went on before you've arrived.

I've got too many nights to count in hotel rooms. They've been dirty, I've been walked in on, had loud locations, seen the occasional roach. But never had something like the OP dealt with over multiple rooms.

I would argue you're more of a pussy to not raise hell and you probably get walked over in life.

Hotel clearly infested needs to be outted for piss poor management in an otherwise fine property from my experiences.

for the manager to actually see the bug in the 3rd room and the GM still not do anything is pretty terrible

The hotel consistently has 4 stars. Must be some freak incident.

The least they can do is refund your room for the night and have corporate comp you enough points for a comparable stay in the future.

I have stayed in the other hotel indigo in San antonio. Wife got some sort of groupon or living social thing. It was not great either. I remember leaving thinking how horrible it was though now I can't say why.
