They should demolish the catholic religion and church. I’m not convinced to be a priest, you must touch little boys. They should burn down the whole religion in my opinion

Just as with every other segment of the population, there is a very small percentage of pedophiles among Catholic priests. The percentage is roughly the same as the percentage of pedophiles in the general population.

Well you'll never hear about this in my Baptist church we just love the lord and you too.

I know a priest that informed uppers in his parish of another priest “comforting” women coming to him about husbands and wanting divorces..
he was told to be quiet and sent to another church in the middle of the swamps.. the comforting priest continued his sickness and was later assigned to a catholic girls school in Nola.. yes the one with all the rumors..
The other priest disappeared into depression and died ..
The Catholic Church is terrible .. I grew up catholic as did my wife .. we are not catholic anymore .

Be careful not to bite the hand that feeds you, and don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. The Catholic Church is the single biggest charitable organization in the world with it’s social services, soup kitchens, hospitals, orphanages, schools, etc.

You're saved though. And as part of this rocky road life its not going to be perfect. Scripture says we let God have our anxieties and fears as we trust on him to show us how to deal with it through faith and patience.

Nope. That’s one of the most ridiculous notions I’ve heard of. Jesus called us all to action and to reform ourselves, not just to say we believe him. Otherwise, you’re a white-washed tomb. You believe Jesus died on the cross for your salvation and you're good. Inherently you want to read what he said and what was said to him and generations of that before. The rest takes root and youre a better friend, family member, neighbor, and co worker. It took me decades to hammer it out but he's the only truth and I'm definitely glad I did.
The part you're quoting is actually what Im saying. Jesus referred to the power and religious figures of the day as the white washed tombs in Matthew 23:27. Not referring to individuals who are all imperfect but rely on him.
