dell touchscreen computer wifi problems

hey guy im having trouble connecting dell all in one to wifi at home. everything else works with wireless router except the dell. any suggestions

Does your router show up as an available network and then just won't connect or what? Need a few more details on the situation. How long have you had it? Did you try re-installing the networking drivers? (Which should be on a dvd provided by dell when you got it and also online)

yes my router shows up, but wont connect.Everything else like blu-ray and cell phones connect right away. its about 2 years old

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
Perhaps the stored key became corrupted somehow. Delete/forget the wireless network and then try to connect again.

Reboot your router. Check your TCP/IP settings to see if it is set to a static IP address or if it is set to dynamic.
