Since when? Everything I've read says its only illegal in Talladega county at the moment. But other counties have been looking into banning it was well. I never could find any information on the whole state banning it. I did all this research in April, so not that long ago.
There are also several legit sellers online. I just had a 4 ounce sample shipped in from some company in Vegas. For the record, 4 ounces of kratom powder goes a surprisingly long way.

ive moved onto H. I hear its laced with elephant tranquilizers now. Will be cheaper and easier to get than kratom in 1 month.

The powder is incredibly disgusting, and is almost like a thicker flower in consistency. I have no idea how people use it to make tea. It tastes horrible. Trying to get 8-10mg of powder down my craw was nigh impossible. Managed it a few times, and it wasn't worth the work. At least for me.
The fastest way is where you hold a gulp of water in your mouth, tilt your head back and dump the kratom in. Then swallow it all real quick. If done properly it takes like 5 seconds and you get no taste whatsoever. But yeah ground up kratom is like flour, but they do offer crushed leaves, which is probably better for tea as it is easier to filter.

I found it easier to take a spoonful of dry powder and put it in the back of my mouth, avoiding tongue, then chugging a drink. still got a taste. I quit minding the taste after a while.

this shite is no joke. Theres a bar in miami called purple lotus that sells this kava drink. Its on the beach, we thought nothing of it, went in and the bartender joked with me about how big i am being 6'7 that I could handle their biggest drink it was $37 and had 5 doses. Im not kidding this was 4 pm I was asleep by 7 and didnt wake up till 9 the next morning and was still hungover for a few hours the next day. That stuff is awful I dont know if its kava or kratom but whatever it was it knocked me out and that bartender got some mean words from me the next day bc he had given me some crap about it being some islander drink and nothing about what it really was.

kava is different from kratom. and yes he for sure overdosed you if you had no tolerance for it

It can be hard to have the right amount of water for the scoop you're throwing back for new users. If you get it wrong, you suddenly have a mouthful of powder because there wasn't enough water to soak up. Then starts the coughing fit and powder goes everywhere.
I really wish it had worked for me after all of that work.

Also for those who do use kratom, chinese and perurvian cats claw is a good replacement and so is rhodiola rosea, among some other herbs. I even think myrrh or frankincense has some opiate like properties in them to help with withdrawals if someone is in a pinch without kratom.

some kind of ground up seed. supposed to have a calming effect. probably not as good as kratom. can be found on ebay. all I know at the moment

But yeah kratom ain't like that, although kava is very nice too. You just took too much, plus kava has a reverse tolerance so it usually takes a few tries before you get the proper feel of it.

Is a bottle of it about the same as popping let's say two 7.5 hydrocodones or is it stronger? Never had it.
