And where do you think that information came from? The dead kid?

I'm glad I don't have to worry about that. I already shot a dog.

Can you blame the guy? I doubt he was trying to actually kill him, just rather put a bullet up his arse to make sure he doesn't repeat the cycle

you'd have to ask the reporter that reported it

It wasn't even the daughter's bed, it was her sister's bed that is being reported. So the guy was on the move from the dad. Looks like they got it from the 911 call.

Ok then the daughter spends the next few years locked up

For what crime?

I'm just saying they both can't walk in that situation and more than likely it'll be the dad who bites the bullet.

If there's no crime committed, sure. It's just an unfortunate accident.

Ive read several article now and Im starting to believe that there was "No Physical Confrontation" between the teen and the father. Also, only one out of the 4-5 Ive read mention the brother alerting the father. Most have the father hearing noises from the room himself.

Here is how I think things went down...

the teen hides under the bed, daughter denies knowing who is under bed. Father demands whoever is under bed to come out. Teen either refuses or doesnt move fast enough, father shoots and kills the teen under bed. Daughter then discloses she knows dead boy.

so which is it? Was he shot while under the bed or was he shot during a scuffle?

a teenager my daughter invites into my home without my permission who I don't want there is an intruder. i didn't invite him in.

so a teenager can invite anyone in that i don't know and they aren't an intruder if I don't want them there? come the frick on.

I'd go with under the bed, very soon after it happened, little time to coach the girl, girl freaked out and just tells the truth. 911 call is recorded, so media should get access to it.

Not sure about that. The wording in the article could just mean the girl who called was the sister of the one involved in the incident.

I would think accusing someone of committing a heavy duty felony which lead to their immediate death would be an issue. It's the dad's house, dad's daughter, dad's gun and a minor is dead. It might be an unfortunate accident but one that will cost somebody dearly if that's actually how it played out.

Doesn't make him an intruder.

That's your opinion. If somebody is stealing a lot of money from me, it completely fricks up my children's lives and my wife's life and my life. It would cause me undue stress and we all know stress could cause health problems, which in turn affects my quality of life. If someone is dumb enough and that much of a leach on society to rob my house blind (I'm talking loading up a van full of shite, not just taking one or two things), then I wouldn't lose sleep over it at all if I shot them and got to keep my family's quality of life higher.

I'm probably wrong on that, could of been the sister that made the 911 call, so it would of been the daughters bed he hid under... Wording of the article doesn't make it clear who called...

From what I saw posted upthread, it was her brother who made the call in. Same one who supposedly found the guy under the bed and alerted the dad, who came running with a gun.
