Obviously I know nothing about the situation but Dak has never been anything but a great guy. Not one example of him being anything less. It would be beyond shocking if true

Let us pray (to whoever, idc) that the matter be disposed of with the utmost justice and fairness. And punishment for crimes.

They got greedy asking for 100 million. Ask for one million and Dak might give into the blatant extortion just to avoid the headline. But now Dak and his lawyers are going to go full out to defend his honor.

Perfect example of…. If the accuser is found to have fabricated the story or slander…. Accuser is either jailed or forced to pay a huge sum.

Females cannot be allowed to just accuse without evidence and hope it sticks and if it doesn’t the celebrity will pay to
Cover their name.

In fact I think it should be at least a 10 year jail sentence if you accuse someone of sexual assault under false pretenses

The woman told Dallas television station WFAA the incident happened in the back of an SUV after she left the bar where she worked with Prescott and some of his friends.

How does a women leaving work with someone, then end up in the back of an SUV claim she was assaulted? How about not getting in the SUV to begin with. Its hard for a guy to be convinced that youre willing to crawl into THE BACK OF AN SUV with him, but not expecting a little tickle and pickle to happen

Or you set him up

Most likely. Doesn't mean that he raped her though.

Yoel Zehaie, one of the woman's attorneys, said Prescott's extortion lawsuit was "a smoke screen to distract from the real topic that should be discussed.

If an attorney has to use that as a reason to go after a man, and a famous and wealthy man, then we will most likely see an Amber Heard situation.
