Custom NOLA street tile store in GNO?

I can't seem to find a brick and mortar that I can make and collect the sign...
I could only find a place that you can create online and have shipped.

I found an online shop that will do a distressed frame and 5 tiles for $77.00 (9.99/per)

That's not bad, I want one. I've seen a few people with the concrete/tiles in their yards while I'm running. Do people steal them or just get dibs once they do street work?

If anyone is interested, "Perino's Garden Center" on Vets (across from Mellow) has frames and tiles in stock and can build it for you on-site.
It was like $10/per and $15 or so for the frame.

Are they actual tiles with the letters and numbers embossed in the tile or are they pieces of tile they buy at Lowes and have a letter decal affixed to them? The ones I've been seeing for $10 a piece are basically tiles bought at Lowes or HD with a decal stuck on them. I'm cool with the sticker kind, but what the GF wants would cost $120. I'm not paying $120 for some cheap tile and stickers.
