I'm sure most of these road closures are due to flash flooding and not so much with downed trees. The winds never really got too bad.

Yeah, these are probably the two heaviest traffic intersections near campus.

I was just there.. Saw traffic lights were all flashing red.. But didn't seem to be a road closure

Lived near there for years. It only flooded during the worst of storms and even then, I never remember it bad enough to justify shutting down.

Burbank and Nicholson still closed. Lee/Burbank, Lee/Highland, and Parker/E Boyd is going to be insane until that opens back up.
