I never lost service. However I just found out that they said they were increasing my data speed bc of competition from Eatel, but 2 months later they still haven't increased it. Check your plans people, they're liars

The Cox hub in Denham flooded... just heard on the radio that they're in there assessing the damage. Sounds like it will be a while.

I'm inside the bubble. Lost power with demco at 330p Sunday. Cox was out some time after that. They're both back as of 11a today.

I heard its going to be around 2 weeks for Livingston area for cox. Replacing that equipment is not something they can do quickly.

I was listening to the EBR police scanner this afternoon and even they were bitching about AT&T. Not happy campers.

Cox in Denham was back up for a while...although slow. I guess that's a good sign.

Passed by the hub earlier and they a chitload of people working.

No issues with Cox & phone service is with Verizon. Switched from AT&T years ago because service wasn't reliable with too many dropped calls.

I live in an unaffected area of Baton Rouge. My cell was out all weekend, and I had to restart my router every 10 minutes or so.

Only a couple of streets in my neighborhood are out of cox, been out since Sunday and have heard the same 2 week estimate. People literally 3000 feet from me have it all though so I really don't understand

Uverse has been out for me off O'Neal since Saturday. They sent me an outage map similar to the one above. WTF is that. The electric companies do a much better job of showing outages and progress. At least for this disaster.

When I had electricity I had working internet so I don't know if my cox ever went out, but I can ask my wife.
