I was making a connection that getting citizenship is a lengthy process and can take some time. If the dude has been waiting 2 years to get the mail order bride into the country and justifying the marriage,I believe my statement is relative brah

I frequently do business in a place where a fairly young and semi-attractive Filapina is employed. She wears a wedding ring. I recently saw her walking into a local supermarket holding hands with a dried up looking old dude that has to be about 80 yo. Kinda creeped me out but if they're happy I'm happy for them.

****Update*****
So a lot has happened and I decided to write a quick update. Well his mail order bride did actually exist and she moved to the US. I met her at a happy hour and she was an older, nice, Chinese woman who spoke poor English. Well, my co worker was in Heaven. He talked about her constantly. His new wifey would cook him authentic Chinese food that he brought for his work lunch and for all of his coworkers almost everyday. It was good stuff. I asked for several recipes but never received them. She worked at a Chinese restaurant that was right next to their apartment.
About 3 months later things started to go sour. She was no longer being nice and made it very clear she was unhappy. She would constantly belittle him and call him names. She would always tell him he is ugly. She would say “you so ugly, Putin look better than you” and “you so fat, no food for you tonight.” My coworker was very mad at work and would say if she calls me fat one more time i’m going to lose it.
Well, a few months later she went back to China to visit family. My coworker said he thinks she is staying there for good and he is ok with that. One month later she decided to move back and give the marriage another shot. Apparently, her family was furious at her and said she had disgraced their family by leaving her husband. So now she is back here, working at her old job, and she does not call my coworker fat anymore for now.

We had 2 or 3 guys at my last job that went this route. Theirs were from Russia or the Balkans I believe.
