I have so many people hidden that my newfeed is pretty slow. I mainly only keep it around because you have to have a personal page to keep a company page.

I just try to stay away from it. Every now and then I'll see something from them on my news feed. It just makes me shake my head.

I've heard of the pets one but never had a fb friend have one.
The only time I thought a pet fb was cool was a story I saw about Dogs on Deployment(a company that finds military temporary homes for their pets while they are deployed). One woman was deployed for a year and the lady that took in her dog created a fb page for the dog with updates on it so the woman overseas could see how her dog was doing.

This is almost as bad as Born Again Virgins.

I'll openly admit, this was almost my new years resolution and we still might make it happen. My wife rarely gets on facebook and I could delete my account if it werent for my family being so spread out. We have zero use for FB except keeping up with family. Most of the time, a family member has to call or text us "hey did you see on your Facebook?" and then we log in to check it.

I wouldn't say beta. I know someone who is a Instructor in the marines who does this. He is kind of a stoner turned hard nosed summbitch, but I still can't figure out why he let his old lady talk him into this.

Is that a guaranteed sign that he is a beta and she is insane?
yep

No, but we might soon. Neither one of us has FB linked to our phones, liked businesses, joined groups, etc. The only use is family writing on walls or commenting on photos. Its pretty much just a group text message

Dude that would be even worse than the AutoYes Clown. Please do not do that

Only people I know who do this are 65 and just got Internet. They use Facebook to keep up with family. I don't think they know any better.
Posted on 2/19/14 at 9:33 am to AutoYes_Clown
Don't do that. Keep your balls and say no to that.

They sign off every post w/ their initials. When asked the guy says, "I have nothing to hide." Yes, of course you don't. You're a beta.

My dad and step mom have one. But they both never had Facebook before that, and they only use it to post pics of my baby sister on it

It's only mildly acceptable if the guy had no FB account, and the girl combined hers to include him. It's still terrible if they both post on it though.
I'm alright with couple things as long as I don't have to actually be involved in it.

Yeah I could see older people doing it if one has no interest in facebook whatsoever. But if it's from a younger generation and they both post on it it's kind of pathetic.
