Where'd you hear that? I always thought you were supposed to bring the snake, if possible.

This is the second most Florida story to have ever Floridaed, right after the pumping iron and swapping wives for Jesus story.

I've heard it from a bunch of people in healthcare and seen it online too. I guess the concept of bringing the snake to the hospital was a thing at some point, but everyone who has ever talked to me about medical care from snake bites said the opposite (quite forcefully). I just googled and saw some references to "some sources have recommended killing and bringing the snake to the hospital" but I also found some NIH publications talking about why it should be discouraged for people to bring the snakes.

I think people like this used to die at a younger age. We're keeping them alive, well fed, reproducing, and upsetting the gene pool.

Seems the lower 50th percentile of the US population isn't capable of taking care of themselves.

The cottonmouth was just trying to do the world a favor and cull the overpopulated Dumbass Florida Man herd. Here's to you, Cottonmouth. I applaud your effort. You died doing a noble deed.

I live only minutes away from Wimauma. It's actually a migrant village and is probably 90% Mexican. The other 10% is; well, this guy...
