Cooking classes in Baton Rouge

Looking at giving a couple a gift certificate for cooking classes for fun. Anyone have any recommendations for a fun cooking class in BR?

I'll hang up and listen.

There's some newish group called the Viking Cooking School (and no, I don't have a link) that has classes at the Hilton downtown

I did one of the first Viking classes downtown, it was a lot of fun and a lot of food. We all took home leftovers.
