Cooking classes in Baton Rouge

Looking at giving a couple a gift certificate for cooking classes for fun. Anyone have any recommendations for a fun cooking class in BR?

I'll hang up and listen.

looks like a single meal per class, and you purchase 1 class at a time. That right?

I did one of the first Viking classes downtown, it was a lot of fun and a lot of food. We all took home leftovers.
