I had similar issues, and was told the same thing you were by a few drs.

I seem to be better off now.....these are the things I did.

* Switched medications - I switched to allegra and monekaulust, from claritin and nothing
* I regularly neti pot/nasal irrigation
* I swapped out my nasal steroids, although I stopped doing them. I was on flonase, and moved to nasonex. This really helped for 6 months two years ago, then my insurance dropped nasonex and it was $100/month which I thought was ridiculous. I know use when I start feeling like arse
* I started allergy shots, I didn't get a sinus infection this fall which is the first time in probably 20 years that I didn't get one.
* I started taking Align, a probiotic. I was told this **might** help, and I didn't get a sinus infection for the first 6 months I did it. But I quit b.c that shite is really expensive.
* I use a hepa filter in my office/bedroom. I use a higher quality filter for my HVAC. My house cleaners clean all surfaces were dust can accumulate.
