Hmmmm ... one has to wonder what qualifications are necessary in order to win this prestigious award from the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement?

Facts and data don’t matter to leftists.

Any wonder why people around this Country laugh and snicker when Louisiana is mentioned in any conversation?

Are you writing for the Babylon Bee now? This isn't real, right? Right?

One might say that based on this award, and the criteria needed to achieve this prestigious award, excellence is viewed entirely different by white people.

so he won an award strictly based on the color of his skin? interesting

Excellence in some circles just refers to your job title

So can we all safely assume that there were no other black police chiefs that did a better job than Murphy Paul? Is this the best example they could find, or is this just one of those awards where everyone simply gets it for being a certain skin color and following the agenda?

The FB comments on the link made me feel like I was in an alternate reality. “Congratulations on a job well done!”

Only if you are white.
As a matter of fact, it is a proven fact that black people can't be racist. Just ask any talking head of the news media that involves CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and the like.

One might say that if he is the best, and awarded for his performance, the others must have done an even worse job than he did.
