University of Wisconsin schools representing very well and UL-Monroe coming in at number 9.

Since there are lots of drugs and heavy drinking at any school, I'm guessing those are locations where students are hassled the most.

Those high rankings probably have more to do with enforcement and not a higher rate of alcohol/drugs.

I look at it as they have less violent crime/serious crime which gives police more time for charges like this.
Haven't seen the stats to back it up so who knows.
