I drink it after cardio. It's an acquired taste, but I do actually enjoy it now. It came in handy in the Dominican Republic too when I was on the beach drinking and wanted to stay hydrated despite no good water being around.

It tastes like jizz water. Not my favorite but I've drank worse tasting things.

Can't handle the taste unless its packed one of the flavored versions packed with sugar in which case the whole point is pretty much ruined.

I didn't know anything about it until this thread but bringing runners home from cross country I found a couple empty containers in my backseat. Guess now I know why.

And I've got people in Monterey as well. Jonesville too.

I can't be the only one here curious as to why you've tried jizz water and what could possibly be worse than that.

I like it. Dollar tree had a decent 90% juice brand so I bought a few boxes of it.

I like green coconut juice a lot.
