Has anyone tried this?

How does it compare to other sports drinks?

I tried it today, the first couple of swallows weren't great but it got better.

it helps but it lacks proper salt levels to fully rehydrate. You are better off with something like pedialyte

I use it to rehydrate post-workout.

It works.

It's good if you like it. Chocolate milk is better.

ETA: post workout on the choc milk

I tried it once. The taste was awful. It has the consistency and flavor profile of leftover milk after finishing a bowl of cornflakes.

I think I am one of the few people who actually like the taste of it.

Really like the aloe vera juice with chunks of aloe vera gel in it.

I've used it combined with BC Powder to cure a hangover once. Then I enjoyed a mushy poop.

I hear it works great but I cant attest to it myself since it tastes like cat piss.
