Cleveland Riots - "bystanders" being attacked

In a disturbing update to the latest riots, the press is reporting that rioters are now attacking "bystanders" instead of the police. I am attempting to read through the politically correct media reports to determine if this means they are attacking white folk. That would be a bad development for everyone. Anyone live in or near Cleveland and have some insight?

There is zero justification for people to loot and riot. These are people who likely did not even know the deceased, or what the frick they're even protesting. They're looking for a reason to destroy and steal shite.
While I do agree that police violence is out of control, these violent "protests" aren't solving anything.

I agree but too many want to ignore the role of killer cops and the system that protects them. This is not a Michael Brown case. Dude unloaded on unarmed men at poi t blank range. Murder.
