The Clerk’s Office statement also says that while the warehouse has a television, it “has never been authorized or used to our knowledge as a leisure area.

Don't forget the commercial sized ice machine. A must have for boat outings and entertaining, errrrrrr uh, file storage.

Real piece of work there. His job was to regulate the insurance industry and his wife was a lobbyist for that industry. Kind of strange that he broke the streak of insurance commissioners going to prison when he belonged there more than the other three.

Yep. He just didn't think it was any big deal. I remember they yanked it from him and it went up for state auction.

Didn't it sell for more than it was purchased for?

Well old Sherman Bernard was a bad crook and Doug Green was bought and paid for by Champion Insurance which bailed out leaving many millions in unpaid claims. I remember Green called himself Mr. clean. What a douchebag.

Not sure what Wooleys truck sold for. But yeah he was a piece of shite too. And now he's a member of my church.

honestly, I didn't really see nearly 11,000 sq ft of vacant space there...everything that I saw looks like reasonable things and areas to have around a facility that has to be constantly used...

I am betting that there is one hell of a lot of space there that is filled to the ceiling with files that somehow did not make it into the set of pictures...

not saying there is nothing wrong here, but it does not seem to be told from an objective point of view....

One of those $2k/month buildings only houses a trailer that sells for about $600 at lowes. Unless of course he's lying and moved his boat & motorcycle out before the reporters came. Nah that couldn't be it. The Yetis alone are grounds for impeachment.

Also go back and read the article about his $90k in credit card spending. A good chunk of it was for hotel bills at casinos in Lake Charles, Bossier, etc. where he would bring a big group. How many conferences does a clerk of court need to attend?
