Felony traffic stop. BOLO vehicle. Probably a stolen vehicle or arrested on warrants.

And just for the record....you always draw your weapon on a Felony Traffic Stop.

Nothing to see here.

The driver of that vehicle had an active warrant out for his arrest for failing to pay a couple of red light camera tickets

It was a stolen vehicle. Both occupants went to jail.
