What ever happened to the big guy with long hair that worked there in the mid to late 90's? I heard he got like 5 degrees at once.

Any good stories about that place after drinking are welcomed. thanks.

Redneck Tony died in Rotolo's (Bob Pettit) on an Easter Sunday circa 2003.

One time I went there and didn't get hit up by people begging.

Another time I went there and it only took 5 minutes to buy a red bull.

Those were great days.

I knew "Circle K Tony" died, but I didn't know it was that long ago.

I had a roommate that went in there after 2AM one night after leaving Sports...he grabbed a 12 pack and threw a $20 on the counter and ran out the door back to our apartment. He said that way they couldn't arrest him for stealing if he got caught.

It's been empty a few weeks now (unless something has moved in very recently).

A poster said they "violated the terms of their lease" or something like that.

As long as Akasha Mart is still making burgers we're good.

The amount of times I used to get burgers from there is disgusting to think about.

That was my guess. It definitely wasn't that long afterwards.

I was in there when it happened. It was weird. He was just chilling eating a pizza; then, he just dropped dead.

What a dick bag the girl behind the counter was over something so trivial. Did I turn into someone else at 12:01?

Ah well it's funny to look back on and laugh at the lesson I learned and to witness their demise.

Right. I remember this. I liked him. He would be a total dick to the younger drunk kids in circle K late at night buying cigarettes, gum, trying to buy booze with fake IDs.
But if you showed him respect and used some manners, he was a cool dude.
