His widow is too busy dancing on his corpse making money.
They both are worthless individuals, this really isn't surprising.

He's putting in work on this. It's almost like he's emotionally invested. I give it a 7.2/10.
His level of absurdity doesnt surprise me.

It's possible stuff doesn't make your DD214. I Had Some Stuff Missing (Nothing Like A SS though) but didn't feel like arguing with them about arcoms so they didn't make the dd214.
That's your own fault then. You are given the opportunity to go over that when you ETS in detail and correct it. I had like 4 things missing on mine and all I did was bring in my orders or provide evidence. Leaving service with a Silver Start and a couple Bronze Stars missing on your record is just not gonna happen.

Who gives a frick about how many stupid stars this douchebag "earned".... The bigger question here is how do you Kyle defenders explain his sniping black folk from atop the superdome during Katrina? I'll hang up and listen....

Bunch of e bad asses on here who haven't ever done anything and likely never will. They dog on the seals, older generations, and institutions worth my of respect because they think it's edgy. More likely, it's a constant reminder to them that there is something more important and respectable than they are. And that pisses them off.
(Not all posters here are as I described above, but it's easy to note the ones to whom it applies )
What??? I don't think anyone went out looking to discredit this guy. I don't think anyone was jealous. He told of very specific things in a book that were easily proven to be false. And by proven, I don't mean e-bad asses determined to undermine him. I mean people in NOLA during Katrina saying, "man if he was sniping from the dome, I was there and should have seen or heard something". Yet no one can. Or police officers in the town he claimed to kill two carjackers probably catch wind that a super popular book says there were two vigilante killings in their town, yet they have no record of it. And someone probably tapped Jesse Ventura on the shoulder and said "I can't believe that happened to you", and Jesse Ventura straight up went "WTF".
I don't even know much about the guy, but these things come to light quite easily and it makes you question a lot about him. I watched the movie and took it as complete fiction because I have no idea what is real and what isn't (and I admit I know a lot of it is real, but I haven't taken time to read into what was and what wasn't). I'm not trying to take credit away from what is real or convince other people to hate the guy. But for me, once you go in the liar column, it's hard to trust you. And I don't have the time or care to research some random person so that I can really know what the truth is.

You serious? All the racist douche bags that post here see that as an act of valor

What if the 2nd Silver Star and 2 Bronze Medals for Valor were earned on missions the Navy is not supposed to be talking about? Kyle knows he got them. Maybe the Navy is covering their arse?

Who gives a frick, when i tell the story of beating our HS rival, on a reverse as time ran out, the yardage and number of players i juked get longer and the number grows.
so he bragged about 1 more silver and 2 bronze stars, whipdee doo, he still has that silver and bronzes, and it's possible he should of been up for those medals, got fricked out of them, so he claimed them.
Now, as for his book and all the shite, it seems he made up, to look more hard core, that's a different story.

We have no clue if she of been awarded those medals, and got fricked out of them.
There are WW2 vets, who finally received their medals from that war, because of bullshite red tape.
We don't know what he should of had or if he had all the medals he should of.

What is absurd about it? Chris Kyle was a christian jihadist. No better than muslim jihadists

There is no theological concept of jihad in Christianity. You're mixing your religious metaphors.

Sounds a lot like Chris Kyle to me. He said he was murdering muslims for God.

According to two current Navy officials, inaccurate information about Kyle’s awards is also contained in his separation document, known in the military as a DD214, which usually reflects a veteran’s official service record. Kyle’s DD214 form, which lists two Silver Stars and six Bronze Stars with Valor among his decorations, also differs from the number of Bronze Stars with Valor — five — that Kyle listed in his book.
Considering that Chris Kyle is dead, I will take the DD214 as the only valid source of info as opposed to unnamed Naval commanders and Seals who may not know his full service history. Additionally, I am sure that when he wrote the book, the editor probably went back to the DD214 to verify his claims in order to prevent a situation like this from happening.
