Obviously Chicago needs more gun control and "Gun Free Zone" signs. Seriously, this is the depth of depravity when a 9 year old child is murdered for his father's gang activity. If a boy could be gunned down like this, what does that tell you about how much the thugs regard the rest of the people in Chicago?
