Not Purple Rain, the older stuff was way better. The entire 1999 double album...Delirious, DMSR, Let's Pretend We're Married, Lady Cab Driver. That album would never be topped in all of his years.

Actually, if you have satillite radio, you have a free channel. Sirius 1 and they are playing Prince all weekend. Forgot some of his songs. Just played "Seven"...gawd damn, what a song.

The dude was just amazing. It's hard to define just how magical he was and what his songs did for people. I am still in shock about his passing. I don't care how it happened it's just the idea that one of the greatest talents in music history has gone silent far too soon.
