When a bank suggests ways to improve your financial well-being, and you shoot back that the bank has made bad financial decisions in the past, have you improved your financial well-being? Because the bank is doing just fine right now.

Love how the three people "offended" likely don't even know how much money is in their bank account.

I can't imagine getting upset over something chase fricking bank tweeted

In the absence of an actual person you can show that fits the mold, it's hypothetical.

Saying "well people exist like this" doesn't make it true.

I don't disagree that they exist. I'm saying these people complaining isn't the story here. It's not like a group of them were whining and Chase responded directly to them. Chase created the scenario and people eat it right up even though there isn't a specific person whining. It's all made up by chase.

And the “bailout” was less than 2% of their assets, for perspective

In this thread: the OT knights for Chase.

frick Chase Bank. But the tweet is right. People are attacking the source bc they want to ignore that the idea is correct. Classic deflection from the left: If you can’t beat the idea, beat the person saying the idea

just reaffirmed my personal banking choice for me. Anytime you see the washed up Patton Oswalt and the wannabe Democratic Presidential Candidates like Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren chirping over it, troll succeeded

I love how these celebs and politicians think everyone is broke and unemployed. What's the unemployment rate again?

Looks like Wendy's Twitter person got a job at Chase, promptly lost it, and started working for Wendy's again.

frick Chase. Some of the dirtiest crooks in the game. Go on and let them frick you over too. I have several credit cards through them, but that's because they pay ME to use them. I would never open a real bank account with them.

Yes, people should be responsible. I dont need that lecture from a bank that had to be bailed out by taxpayers because they knowingly threw our money in bad investments for bonuses.

frick Chase.

No, we didn't. Jamie Dimon, Chase CEO, refused the federal money because he said his bank didn't need it. The Treasury Secretary and Ben Bernanke told him it would make the other big banks look bad if Chase didn't take the money. So Dimon took the money, left it on deposit with the Fed and as soon as he was allowed to repay the money, he did. Chase Bank was never 'bailed out.'

Lol. Hello kettle meet pot. Where was the personal responsibility for the banks in 2008?

Yeah I don’t follow your logic. Are you saying the recession that started in 2008 could have been avoided if large banks would have spent less on coffee?
