Thanks for the reply. I love the hell out of food that is chargrilled. I will definitely put it together this weekend.

Updated: did the 10min per lb and it turned out perfect. Almost a little on the overdone side but still good.

Question. When you say "Charbroil Oil less fryer" are you talking about what they also call the infrared cookers?

And do you have a ballpark price range on these things? I've seen anywhere from a low sale price at Target for $79 in an ad, to in the hundreds $$$. What's a fair price for a decent one?

I bought mine for $89 before tax at Home Depot. Amazon was not cheaper

Yes, the item I am taking about is the Infrared cooker
