Right. I can’t believe anyone is seriously arguing that this bill is some kind of roundabout check on government tracking/overreach.

No idea how specific this bill gets, but I wonder if LSU can put a machine in the stadium that dispenses concession cards. If you want to use cash, go to the machine, put your cash in, and get a disposable card with the amount you want, then go to the concession stand and buy your food.
