I have DV plates on my vehicles. If my wife is driving one without me, it's against the law for her to park in a handicapped spot.

Maybe the handicapped person wasn't in the car and they loaned it to someone who isn't handicapped

Thank you

My parents car had handicapped plates. If I ran an errand and my dad wasn't with me I didn't park in the handicap parking spots. I would hope other people would do the same and not park in handicap spots. Sorry/ not sorry if someone thinks I made the wrong decision about not exploiting an opportunity.

When we were in my mom's car and she wasn't with us, we never parked in a handicap spot.

When handicapped spots are available. Should they be ticketed or can they park wherever they please?

I never really paid much attention to who parked where when it comes to handicap spots until I had to get a handicap tag myself. You'd be amazed how many fat lazy people park in handicap spots without a tag.

This past Sunday we even saw a Chevy Avalanche that was double parked sideways across two handicap spots and they didn't even have a handicap tag. Freaking lazy inconsiderate piece of shite.

I guess since they're handicapped we should feel sorry for them and not question it.

For real. I'm sick of these people that bask in the natural high that is being handicapped.

I'm glad their legs don't work, so they can never run away from their problems.

Give up. He's too stupid to figure this out

You sound like an expert on stupid.
If someone has designated and available parking why would they create one less space for everyone else? What am I not figuring out genius?

I've used a family members car with handicapped tag. When I do, I park on the back 40 to avoid an a-hole like me questioning it.

That's just sick man. I never suggested anything of the sort.

This. My dad has a handicapped tag due to severe arthritis. When I'm driving him I drop him at the entrance and park in a regular space.

I had a handicap placard for a year. I still would rate to have one but haven't reapplied. I would use the spot if I was having a difficult day, but I'm young so I usually keep them open for elderly or more severe disabled. Obviously I'm sure that doesn't happen, but just my logic

Would you be upset if you saw a handicapped guy shitting in a non-handicap stall?

When I was a disabled young whipper snapper with a handicap sticker, I purposefully didn't park in the handicap parking for the most part because it felt wrong. I was young and strong and could handle pain. Didn't like the idea of some little ole granny not being able to use it because of me.
