Not a caption but the picture is one of sheer beauty because it really illustrate the fact that simply patching potholes is a waste of time. They are usually a sign of a base failure.
But, hey, if you fixed it correctly, these guys in the picture would lose their job security.

Speaking of potholes, anyone travel on Pecue Lane between Airline and Perkins? You damn near need a 4X4 to get though that stretch.
