I know someone who got a DUI in North Dakota with a Louisiana DL. Said DUI would have eliminated him from getting hired on his next job. He got a ND drivers license to try and cover it but it was discovered it would have shown up.

He got around it by getting a Montana DL because they didn't share the data.

I don't think there is a legal way to end up with licenses from multiple states at the same time. Now of course you can lie that it was stolen or find some incompetent dmv worker but legally I think you have to give up the other state ID when applying for a new state license.

Doesn't matter. The database will still notify the state from the older license and the older license will be canceled.
