Not yet, but you won't go to jail for possesing an ounce that you buy, so street dealing is open like it was in Co before legalization.

I think it's only medicinal there and I think I read something that it will be a while before they have dispensaries.

Reminds me of these warehouse parties we used to throw back in college. The parties got so big the cops started cracking down for not having an alcohol license. So we started selling pieces of paper with Xs on them and you swapped that for a drink next door.
